Hellish quart cracked8/11/2023 ![]() Strong core, but still very early access. Even console releases of fighting games in 90's did this better. Modern fighting games have this nice solution where both players can choose to rematch, return to character choice, or return to main menu. For example in local versus the loser can press a button to rematch, and if they don't for some seconds the game returns to main menu. It could also use some modern UI solutions. I could cite his quotes from memory even now. And I lost against the last boss quite a lot, until I got trough him. I don't know what is the reason, so I mash the button for skipping. Sometimes you can do it after 5 seconds, sometimes after 20. Not to mention rather lengthy introduction sequence. It has a short cutscene between each hit you deal on him, then there is very long transformation sequence. The thing is, that boss is really infuriating. It ends with a boss battle that has multiple stages, and makes the player adjust to a little different rules. There is an arcade mode for single player enthusiasts. Often I would see a person fall and have no idea WHAT AND WHEN hit them. I also would love some kind of replay with a close-up of the hits, and better visual effects showing that the hit happened. When the character does their post-combat stance the camera sometimes is close to them, sometimes very far, you barely can tell what the character is doing. Usually a hit equals death ) And it's not uncommon to score the hits at the same time, leading to draws. It is pretty fun, and the characters that already exist are pretty varied. The core of the game is there - the gameplay is solid. The cutscenes don't exist yet, they have just a summary, the ones that exist have temporary voices (with "this will be changed later") note on the bottom. Everywhere you go you see "this is under construction", "please come later" etc. This one is letting you into the construction yard with security helmet on and tells you to have fun. You will duel Zaporozhian Cossacks, Polish Hussars, Tatars, Turkish Janissaries, Swedish Reiters, French Musketeers and more. There are different ways to make early access games, and different points where one makes them. The character models are made using 3D scanned clothes, based on fashion from the period, and the single player campaign (when done!) will be firmly rooted in realities of life in the region. The game takes place in 17th century Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. To win, you must use proper timing, measure, technique, speed and wits – just like when fencing in the real world. The blades really block each other and that’s what’s keeping you alive. If you are not attacking, your character will automatically try to hold guard against your opponent’s attacks. Different button combinations give special attacks and combos. ![]() Four gamepad buttons represent 4 attack angles. Hellish Quart uses active ragdolls and all damage your blade can do is calculated with realtime physics. 0:00 / 43:29 REGARDE MA TECHNIQUE SECRÈTE GlouGlouGlou -Hellish Quart- DUELS Bob Lennon 2.02M subscribers Subscribe 6.9K 144K views 1 year ago Ivre, il participe à des duels descrime au. ![]()
